通过太中银铁路晋中市环城北路框构顶进施工,对横抬梁结合纵梁吊横梁形成网格加固体系的加固方法进行了系统地阐述分析。从根本上解决了大跨度架空加固线路采用线间挖孔桩、军用梁或工字钢纵横抬梁结合挖孔支撑桩传统方法的弊端,克服了铁路框构桥在顶进过程中转换支点、顶进时间长、慢行时间长、多次封锁既有线、安全隐患大的缺点。该方案适用于快速繁忙干线、对行车要求高、封锁时间短和保证不间断运输的需求,在大跨度、软弱地基长距离顶程的框构桥顶进有着较好的安全与经济优势。
