鲁音字(2012)第4号各市、四大企业音协及相关单位:为展示我省吉他演奏的水平,推动吉他音乐的教学培训工作,促进我省各地的吉他学术交流,由山东省音乐家协会、昌乐县鄌郚镇人民政府主办;潍坊学院、潍坊市音乐家协会协办;山东省音协吉他专业委员会承办的山东省第三届“鄌郚杯”吉他大赛,将于2012年7月16日至7月18日在我省潍坊市举行。通过举办这届全省吉他大赛,为我省广大吉他音乐人搭建一个交流展示音乐才华的平台,全面检阅近年来我省吉他音乐艺术的水平,选拔和推出新人新作,促进我省吉他演奏和教学的发展。为使我省吉他音乐人有充分展示和参赛的机会,按照省音协吉他大赛组委会的要求,请各市、四大企业音协及各市吉他专委会组织参赛选拔工作,于6
