教育的低效、无效是每位老师十分苦恼的事。教师绞尽脑汁,苦口婆心的教育没能起到应有的作用,部分老师会沮丧,气愤甚至放弃。我认为教育的低效、无效是教育之“隔”导致的。什么是教育之“隔”呢?简而言之,教育之“隔”就是教育者与被教育者在教育内容和教育手段认同上的偏差。由于年龄、阅历、学识、时代、生活环境等方面的差异,教师与学生难免会在教育内容和教育方式上产生分歧甚至对立。如此以来教育效果自然可想而知。
