目的探讨对青光眼合并白内障的患者施行超声乳化手术治疗青光眼的临床效果。方法对青光眼合并白内障的患者行单纯白内障超声乳化手术、人工晶体植入术,观察术前、术后视力、眼压、房角及前房深度,随访半年。结果24例(27眼)术后视力较术前明显提高(P<0.01),眼压较术前明显下降(P<0.01),前房角增宽,部分重新开放,虹膜高褶部分消失,前房深度较术前加深。结论对于术前眼压<30mmHg、房角粘连<180°的合并白内障的青光眼患者施行超生乳化手术是一种有效的手术方式。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification on glaucoma in patients with glaucoma and cataract. Methods Patients with glaucoma and cataract were treated with simple cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Visual acuity, intraocular pressure, angle of the anterior chamber and depth of anterior chamber were observed before and after operation for six months. Results The postoperative visual acuity of 24 cases (27 eyes) was significantly higher than that before operation (P <0.01), and the intraocular pressure was significantly lower than that before operation (P <0.01). The anterior chamber angle widened and partially reopened, Anterior chamber deeper than the preoperative depth. Conclusions Hyperosmolar phacoemulsification is an effective surgical method for glaucoma with preoperative IOP <30mmHg and angle of corner adhesions <180 °.
