随着南拳运动员竞技能力的不断提升,南拳项目的难度不断增加,比赛日趋激烈,对南拳运动员的体能提出了更高的要求。但国内对于南拳项目体能系统性训练的研究尚不多见,本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法对南拳的运动规律进行剖析和南拳体能水平的构成因素进行初步探讨,结合南拳项目自身的特点,从身体姿态、专项力量、速度、耐力、灵敏与柔韧和表现力6个方面系统性的建立南拳体能训练体系。为提高和改善南拳运动员的体能水平提供一定的帮助。
With the continuous improvement of the competitive ability of the South boxing athletes, the difficulty of the South Boxing Project has been continuously increasing and the competition intensified day by day, putting forward higher requirements on the physical fitness of the South Boxing athletes. However, there is not much research on the systematic training of Nanquan boxing in China. In this paper, we analyze the movement rules of Nanquan and the constitutional factors of Nanquan boxing ability by using the methods of literature review and expert interviews. South boxing project its own characteristics, from the body posture, special forces, speed, endurance, sensitivity and flexibility and performance of the six aspects of systematic establishment of South boxing physical training system.
