The Sixth National Minority Committee has received 592 “small petitions of red scarves” from 314 young pioneers representing 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. More than 80% of junior pioneer representatives submitted proposals. These proposals represent the voices of the young pioneers. They mainly focus on the aspects of happy learning, innovation team activities, environmental protection, self-protection, physical and mental health and online life.
