Located at the bank of the Yangtze River, Jiang’an County is a prime site of the Yangtze River Industrial Belt. It is 385 kilometers away from Chengdu City, 282 kilometers away from Chongqing City, 94 kilometers away from Yibin City, and 62 kilometers away from Luzhou City. The reputation is that the county seat is a provincial-level historical and cultural city, which is listed as one of the counties open to the outside world by the state and is the distributing center of materials in the three provinces of Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan. Jian’an County started in the Eastern Jin Dynasty Mu Di Yonghe two years (AD 346), dating back 1,650 years of history, an area of 912.11 square kilometers, administer 18 townships, 300 administrative villages, population 513,000.
