起落架是民用飞机的一个重要部件,而起落架舱门可以在起落架收起时保证起落架免于暴露在空气中,并且保持飞机的气动外形,也是不可缺少的部件。本文针对某民用飞机主起落架舱门,在最严重气动载荷工况下对其进行有限元分析,并且根据分析结果对舱门进行进一步优化,结果表明优化后的舱门结构强度性能得到了提高。
The landing gear is an important part of a civilian aircraft, and the landing gear door can ensure that the landing gear is not exposed to the air when the landing gear is retracted, and maintaining the aerodynamic shape of the aircraft is also an indispensable part. In this paper, a landing gear door of a civil aircraft is analyzed under the condition of the most severe aerodynamic load, and the door is further optimized according to the analysis results. The results show that the strength performance of the optimized door structure has been improved .
