目的:对比空气滤菌技术与空气除菌技术的安全性与效益性,为静脉配液中心的建设提供科学依据。方法:参考相关规范和文献探讨现行规范的要求,通过空气滤菌与除菌技术在洁净室的实例应用分析,对两种技术进行比较分析。结果:空气滤菌技术存在建设高投入、运行高能耗、设备大空间的三大建设瓶颈,空气除菌技术在洁净区的运用结果表明,该技术用于有关洁净室可节省建筑空间和节约运行成本。结论:空气除菌技术可用于静脉药物调配中心,是净化技术应用的趋势。
Objective: To compare the safety and effectiveness of air filtration technology and air sterilization technology to provide a scientific basis for the construction of venous fluid center. Methods: With reference to relevant norms and references, the requirements of the current norms were explored. By comparing the application of air filtration and sterilization technology in the clean room, the two technologies were compared and analyzed. Results: There are three major bottlenecks in air filtration technology, such as high input, high energy consumption and large equipment space. The application of air sterilization technology in clean area shows that the technology can save building space and save operation in the clean room cost. Conclusion: Air sterilization technology can be used for intravenous drug deployment center, which is the trend of application of purification technology.
