目的:探索口腔治疗中减轻患者疼痛的方法。方法:临床随机选择100例磨牙牙髓炎患者,对照组按接诊顺序前50人用传统的注射器注射麻醉,后50人用STA无痛麻醉仪注射麻醉作为实验组,两组病例局麻药物均为阿替卡因肾上腺素注射液,麻醉5 min时牙合面开髓治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)统计注射时、开髓时疼痛程度。结果:实验组与对照组注射麻药时的疼痛值(VAS值)差异明显,有统计学意义,开髓时疼痛值(VAS值)无明显差异。结论:无痛麻醉仪在磨牙牙髓炎治疗中能有效减轻患者疼痛。
OBJECTIVE: To explore ways to reduce patient pain during oral treatment. Methods: 100 cases of dental pulpitis were randomly selected in the clinical trial. The control group was anesthetized by the traditional syringe before injection and the last 50 cases were anesthetized by the STA painless anesthesia instrument. The two groups of patients were treated with local anesthetic All articaine epinephrine injection anesthesia 5 min occlusal surface open pulp treatment. Pain visual analog scale (VAS) was used to measure the degree of pain when the pulp was opened during injection. Results: The pain values (VAS values) of the experimental group and the control group were significantly different from those of the control group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS value between the two groups. Conclusion: The painless anesthesia instrument can effectively relieve pain in the treatment of molars.
