为推进传统村落保护工作,陕西将建立健全传统村落保护发展项目库,在主动争取国家专项资金支持的同时,积极鼓励村民、社会团体和商界等社会力量投工投劳投资,参与传统村落的保护发展。同时,组织传统村落保护技术研发,组建传统村落专家组,参与村内建设项目决策,现场指导传统建筑保护修缮。严格执行传统村落规划建设许可制度,严禁拆并中国传统村落。 In order to promote traditional village protection, Shaanxi will establish and improve the traditional village protection and development project database.
