知识经济的到来使得人力资本上升为企业的核心竞争力之一,如何有效留住优秀人成为企业日益关注的重要问题。近来的研究显示,几乎80%的员工流失与招聘阶段的失误有关,但大部分的研究都是从企业的角度去分析,而忽视了应聘者这一重要因素的影响。本文则从大学生(应聘者)的角度,通过问卷调查等实证分析对公司的招聘行为进行了综合的评价和分析,并针对存在的问题提出相应的改进意见。
The advent of the knowledge economy makes human capital rise to one of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and how to effectively retain outstanding people has become an important issue that enterprises are paying increasing attention to. Recent research shows that almost 80% of employee turnover is related to mistakes in the recruitment stage, but most of the research is from the perspective of the enterprise and neglects the impact of this important factor. This article from the perspective of college students (candidates), through empirical analysis of the questionnaire survey conducted a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the company’s recruitment behavior, and put forward appropriate improvements for the existing problems.
