对25例临床怀疑为骨关节感染的病人分别进行99mTc-亚甲基二膦酸(MDP)骨显像和99mTc-6-甲基丙二胺肟(HMPAO)-白细胞显像.结果表明:99mTc-MDP骨显像在临床怀疑为感染的部位出现了异常的放射性浓聚区,其中3例在其他部位也出现了与骨折、无菌性坏死及类风湿性关节炎等有关的异常放射性浓聚区.99mTc-HMPAO-白细胞显像19例真阳性,4例真阴性,2例假阴性,无1例假阳性.2例假阴性病人有长期使用抗生素史.99mTc-HMPAO-白细胞显像诊断感染的灵敏度为90.5%,特异性为100%,准确率为92%,它为临床疑有骨关节感染病人的诊断提供了一种非创伤性的方法,并为临床治疗提供了依据.

It provides a non-invasive method for the diagnosis of clinically suspected patients with osteoarthritis, And provide the basis for clinical treatment.
