目的评价素高捷疗眼膏在泪道阻塞慢性泪囊炎泪道深通中的辅助治疗作用。方法：慢性泪囊炎患者30例35眼，采用泪道深通扩张后注入庆大霉素＋地塞米松＋素高捷疗混合液进行治疗。结果：随访观察4－16月，治愈32眼，好转2眼，无效1眼，总有效率达97．1％。结论：本法简单易行，可作为泪道阻塞及慢性泪囊炎治疗的首选方法。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the adjuvant therapeutic effect of Sugino Jieye ointment in lacrimal passage obstruction of chronic dacryocystitis lacrimal passage. Methods: Thirty patients (35 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with gentamicin + dexamethasone + Sucojet mixture by deep lacrimal passage. Results: Followed up for 4 to 16 months, 32 eyes were cured, 2 eyes improved, 1 ineffective, and the total effective rate was 97.1%. Conclusion: This method is simple and can be used as the preferred method for the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis.
