目的建立复合型消毒剂中汞的原子吸收光谱直接测定方法。方法经正交试验优化仪器条件,干燥温度250℃,干燥时间120 s,分解温度850℃和分解时间150 s,直接称样测定消毒剂中汞含量。结果在0.5~200μg/L的线性范围内,所得回归方程呈较好的线性关系,r≥0.999 1。方法的检出限为0.08μg/L,平均回收率为93.2%~101.2%,RSD≤4.5%。结论该法无需样品前处理,准确性好,灵敏度高,快速简便,适用于复合型消毒剂中汞含量的测定。
Objective To establish a direct method for the determination of mercury in composite disinfectants by atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the instrument conditions, the drying temperature was 250 ℃, the drying time was 120 s, the decomposition temperature was 850 ℃ and the decomposition time was 150 s. The mercury content in the disinfectant was directly measured. The results showed that the regression equation was linear within the linear range of 0.5 ~ 200μg / L, r≥0.999 1. The detection limit of the method was 0.08μg / L, the average recovery was 93.2% ~ 101.2%, RSD ≤ 4.5%. Conclusion The method without sample pretreatment, accuracy, sensitivity, fast and easy, suitable for the determination of mercury content in the composite disinfectant.
