Because the differentiation of the Zhuang and Tai nationalities is the thing since the 8th century, although there are similar passive signs in the early period of the Zhuang and Thai languages, the passive signs te: 24 and thu: k22, do: m33 evolved from the “collision” verb. However, the Zhuang language t k33 and the Thai thu: k22 evolved into the Zhuang Thai passive marker since the Song Dynasty things, while the Zhuang and Thai ethnic differentiation took place in the eighth century AD. From this we can conclude that the Zhuang and Tai language passive marks are generated after the differentiation of linguistic groups, at least after the Song Dynasty.
