在企业经营过程中,增长是企业发展的核心目的,但在很多企业实际运营过程中,都会由于增长策略的不适合而影响企业增长。我国绝大多数企业虽然都给予了企业增长足够的重视,但在可持续性方面却并不乐观。企业增长快速时,没有及时提升相应的内部资源以及经营方式,从而容易发生财务危机;企业增长缓慢时,却浪费了很多经济资源。本文便以企业增长的主要方式为研究基点,对可持续增长率进行简要论述,分析影响可持续增长率的主要因素,并研究可持续增长率的企业财务管理。
In the course of business operation, growth is the core objective of business development. However, in actual operation of many enterprises, business growth will be affected due to the inappropriate growth strategy. Although the vast majority of enterprises in our country have given sufficient attention to the growth of enterprises, they are not optimistic in terms of sustainability. When a company grows rapidly, it does not promptly raise the corresponding internal resources and mode of operation so as to make it prone to a financial crisis. When the enterprise grows slowly, it istes a lot of economic resources. In this paper, we will take the main mode of enterprise growth as the starting point, briefly discuss the sustainable growth rate, analyze the main factors affecting the sustainable growth rate, and study the sustainable growth rate of the enterprise financial management.
