2008年7月2日,重庆市社会科学界联合会、重庆市发展和改革委员会和重庆工商大学联合主办的“重庆市纪念改革开放30周年经济发展高端论坛”在重庆工商大学举行。论坛深刻总结了我国特别是重庆改革开放30年来经济社会发展的经验,进一步深化了对改革开放、对中国特色社会主义理论体系的研究,也为重庆市坚定不移推进改革开放、全面落实“314”总体部署提供了理论支撑。论坛上,重庆大学副校长张宗益教授、西南大学戴思锐教授、重庆工商大学校长王崇举教授、重庆师范大学邓正琦教授、西南政法大学王怀勇教授等知名专家做了精彩的主题演讲,现将其演讲的主要观点摘登如下,以飨读者。
On July 2, 2008, “Chongqing Municipal High-end Forum for Economic Development to Commemorate the 30th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up” co-sponsored by Chongqing Federation of Social Sciences, Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission and Chongqing Technology and Business University was held in Chongqing Technology and Business University. The forum profoundly summarized the experience of economic and social development in our country, especially in the past 30 years of reform and opening up in Chongqing, further deepened the study on the reform and opening up and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and also pushed Chongqing’s reform and opening up unswervingly for the full implementation of the “ 314 ”provides a theoretical support for the overall deployment. At the forum, Prof. Zhang Zongyi, Vice President of Chongqing University, Professor Dai Siritu, Professor of Southwest University, Professor Wang Chongju, President of Chongqing Technology and Business University, Professor Deng Zhengqi of Chongqing Normal University and Professor Wang Huaiyong of Southwest University of Political Science and Law made wonderful speeches.
