传统JDB系列电动机保护器不能满足AQ1023-2006“煤矿井下低压供电系统及装备通用安全技术要求煤矿通用技术要求”。新设计的多功能电机综合保护器增加了开盖信息识别电路,并通过动力线载波模块接入到三相动力电网,保护器还通过多功能通信模块接入到监控系统分站。解决了现有JDB系列电动机保护器功能单一,相关信息无法识别和上传的问题,且实现了带电开盖断电并闭锁的功能。
Traditional JDB series motor protector can not meet the AQ1023-2006 “coal mine low voltage power supply systems and equipment, general safety requirements of coal mine general technical requirements ”. The newly designed multi-function motor integrated protector adds a cover opening information recognition circuit and is connected to the three-phase power network through the power line carrier module. The protector is also connected to the monitoring system substation through the multi-function communication module. The utility model solves the problems that the existing JDB series motor protector has a single function, the related information can not be identified and uploaded, and the function of the powered open cover and power-off is realized.
