思想政治工作的对象是人,人的行为往往要受到感情的支配。心理学所指的情感,是指人类对客观事物态度的体验以及相应的行为。它主要包括社会中的主体——人的快乐、愤怒、恐惧和悲哀等心理体验。在当前深化改革和加强企业思想政治工作时,研究人的心理行为和把握其思想脉搏,做到“动之以情,晓之以理”,无疑是提高思想政治工作效果的一个有效方法。
The object of ideological and political work is human beings, and people’s behaviors are often dominated by feelings. Psychology refers to the emotion, refers to the human experience of the objective things and the corresponding behavior. It mainly includes the main body in society - the psychological experience of human happiness, anger, fear and sadness.
