非汀非汀是一种广泛存在于植物根、莖、种子中的、含有机性磷的药物。它在本世纪初(1903～1905)就巳发現,但未获普遍应用。我国以前未見有生产和应用,也无它的詳細的介紹资料及报导。但自去年大躍进以来,在“土法上馬”、“变廢料为原料”、“原料綜合利用”的号召下,国内有些药厂、淀粉厂、啤酒厂等已开始从米糠、玉米水中提取非汀的生产。惟由于前述原因,至使一般药工同志对非汀的性质不够了解,在实际生产上存在着一定的困难,發生了一些技术问题。今就作者所知,將非汀的性狀、提取方法和用途等作一介紹,供同志們在生产非汀、使用非汀时參考。非汀(Phytinum,Phytin)原是肌醇磷酸(Inosite phosphoric acid)鹽类药剂的总的商品名,包括有:鎂鹽
