近年来,我国的城镇化水平不断提高,2012年,我国城镇化率已达到了52.57%。随着城镇化比率的上升,城市能源消耗将急剧增加,排放量也会随之增大。因此,如何在城镇化过程中做好能源战略研究是亟待认真研究的课题。分布式能源是未来能源战略发展的重要组成部分,具有提高能源利用效率、减少碳排放量,保证供电持续安全等优势,但同时也面临着政策、成本、利益、技术、法律等约束,因此,政府部门应积极推动分布式能源建设,同时电力单位要强化合作意识,共同促进分布式能源发展。
In recent years, the level of urbanization in our country has continuously increased. In 2012, the urbanization rate in our country reached 52.57%. As the urbanization rate rises, the city’s energy consumption will increase sharply, and the emissions will also increase. Therefore, how to do energy strategy research in the process of urbanization is a topic to be seriously studied. Distributed energy is an important part of the strategic development of energy in the future. It has the advantages of improving energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions and ensuring continuous power supply security. However, it faces the constraints of policies, costs, benefits, technologies and laws. Therefore, Government departments should actively promote the construction of distributed energy, while electric power units should strengthen their awareness of cooperation and jointly promote the development of distributed energy.
