医患友好度是一项反映以改善医疗服务为目的的评价方法,目前国内尚缺乏一套符合国情的新型医患关系评价体系。自2016年1月30日浙江省桐庐县中医院确定为全国基层中医医院医患友好度试点单位以来,该院统一思想认识,精心组织安排,认真抓好医患友好度试点工作各项内容,尤其是及时编制并公布了全国基层中医医院医患友好度评价体系,确保了试点工作有的、有力、有序推进。
