目前,在国际上通行的电报编码有ITA2和IA5两种电报编码。在电报处理终端和电报交换处理机(转报系统)中存在着ITA2和IA5两种电报编码的转换问题,本文用C++语言描述了ITA2和IA5两种电报编码相互转换的方法。 At present, there are two types of telegraph codes, ITA2 and IA5, that are commonly used in telegraph codes in the world. There are two types of telegram encoding conversion, ITA2 and IA5, in telegraph processing terminal and telegram exchange processor (reporting system). This paper describes the method of conversion between ITA2 and IA5 telegram encoding in C ++ language.
