北京市文化用品公司经营文具纸张、中西乐器、照相器材、绘图器材、体育器械、儿童玩具等10个大类、663个品种、7,360个花色的商品。过去,在生产和流通中,受“统购包销”、“以产定销”的影响,往往工厂生产什么就收购什么,生产多少就收购多少,做了许多违背客观经济规律的事情。譬如,乒乓球年销100万个,而年产却达350万个,生产水平为销售水平的3.5倍.结果乒乓球库存积压达800多万个。在商业企业内部,各个部门、各个环节往往各自强调自己业务的重要,缺乏统一平衡,盲目进货,造成进销脱节。由于这些原因,文化用品公司的库存量不断增加。
