树立以人为核心的交通观,着力提高城市公共交通服务水平,用善治、巧治、共治呵护出行环境,提升出行的质量和效率,连接每个人的幸福,这样的城市,才能安放人们的梦想,让生活更美好。据测算,到2020年末,全国城市公共交通年出行量将达1200亿人次左右。同时,广大群众对公共交通的便捷程度、出行的舒适程度以及安全保障水平等服务品质的要求不断提高。为有力支撑经济社会持续健康发展,客观上要求城市公共交通在提高保障能力的基础上,进一步优化供给结构,切实提升服务的质量和效率。因此,全面建成小康社会要求城市公交加大供给侧结构
