根据大西客运专线铁路建设特点及沿途地形地貌特征,拟定了水土保持监测内容、方法及技术流程,并通过开展水土保持监测工作,初步掌握了工程建设进度及水土保持工作情况。监测表明:建设单位重视水土保持工作,施工单位基本能认识到水土保持工作的重要性,基本能在规定范围内施工,工程建设对周边地区生态环境影响能控制在允许范围内。建议进一步加强宣传,细化管理,狠抓落实,加大水土保持工作力度;强化设计,加强施工过程中的水土流失防治,及时实施防护措施。
According to the characteristics of the railway construction and the features of the terrain and topography along the Passenger Dedicated Railway, the contents, methods and technical procedures of soil and water conservation monitoring were drafted. By monitoring the soil and water conservation work, the progress of the project construction and the soil and water conservation work were initially mastered. Monitoring shows that construction units attach importance to water and soil conservation work. Construction units can basically recognize the importance of water and soil conservation work and can basically construct within the prescribed scope. The impact of the project construction on the ecological environment in the surrounding areas can be controlled within the permissible range. It is suggested to further strengthen publicity, refine management, pay close attention to implementation, and intensify efforts in soil and water conservation; strengthen design, strengthen prevention and control of soil and water loss during construction, and timely implement protective measures.
