为满足铺架要求,在京九铁路沿线设立现场制梁场是合理的。经对梁的外观、制梁场的质保体系,规章制度等的检查中看出,京九线现场制梁场能确保成品质量,但有些质量通病还需进一步解决,三个小型制梁点的条件尚须进一步完善。最后提出,目前预应力混凝土梁设计中有关防水层,允许上挠度及橡胶支座限位钢条位置等规定值得商榷。
In order to meet the requirements of the truss, it is reasonable to set up a site for building a beam system along the Beijing-Kowloon Railway. After examining the appearance of the beam, the quality assurance system and the rules and regulations of the beam-making yard, it can be seen from the inspection that the beam-making field at the site of the Jingjiu line can ensure the quality of the finished product. However, some quality common problems need to be further solved. Three small beam- Conditions need to be further improved. Finally, it is proposed that the current prestressed concrete beams in the design of the waterproof layer, allowing the deflection and the rubber bearing limit position such as steel is questionable.
