本文对燃用劣质烟煤、烟煤、贫烟、无烟煤等直流式切向燃烧器的改进型式作了分析。通过多年来电厂的运行经验证实,凡带界风和一次风相对集中布置的燃烧器都可有效地燃用上述煤种。因此,该型燃烧器已为很多电厂所采纳,并在新设计的大型锅炉中得到推广应用。在一次风口处加装钝体后,则对煤种及负荷变化的适应能力以及燃烧效率均有明显的提高.为了使钝体燃烧器能可靠地运行,作者认为尚需对钝体的型式、几何形状及材质等作进一步的试验研究。
In this paper, the improved type of direct current tangential burners burning with inferior bituminous coal, bituminous coal, lean smoke and anthracite coal was analyzed. Through years of operating experience of power plants, it has been confirmed that burners that are relatively concentrated with a demarcation wind and a primary air can effectively burn the above coal types. Therefore, this type of burner has been adopted by many power plants and has been widely used in newly designed large-scale boilers. After the installation of a bluff body at a tuyere, the adaptability to coal types and load changes as well as the combustion efficiency have been significantly improved.In order to make the bluff body burners operate reliably, the authors believe that the blunt body type, Geometry and material for further experimental study.
