西南政法大学于2002年开设人权法课程,由宪法教研室老师主讲。8年来,人权法教学在内容方面呈现出注重理论、注重比较、注重讲授具体人权内容的特点,在方法方面采用了包括影视教学法、现场模拟教学法、伦理情感教学法和人权案例教学法等系统的教学方法。人权法教学在以下几个方面还要多加注意:人权法的内容较多,相对而言课时量较少;人权法教学要有中国问题意识,注重解决中国现实问题;人权法教学要有独立的体系、内容和视角,不能过多地重复宪法学以及其他部门法的知识;撰写有关人权法的文章不容易发表,使人权法学科发展缓慢。
