对经γ-射线诱变并利用棉花黄萎病菌培养滤液筛选获得的M110101010、M22010和M21010153个抗性细胞系及“珂字201”对照细胞系的几个生理生化指标的测定结果表明,在黄萎病菌培养滤液处理的7d内,抗性细胞系的可溶性蛋白质含量、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性均为先低于后高于对照细胞系。3个抗性细胞系的单宁含量高于对照,棉酚含量低于对照。对M110101010的测定表明,苏氨酸、谷氨酸、胱氨酸的游离含量增加,缬氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和脯氨酸的游离含量降低。
The results of several physiological and biochemical indexes of M110101010, M22010 and M21010153 resistant cell lines and “Ke-201” control cell lines mutated by γ-ray and screened by the culture filtrate of Verticillium dahliae showed that in yellow The contents of soluble protein, peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase in the resistant cell lines were lower than those in the control cell line after being treated with the filtrate for 7 days.
