前期准备(1)适当晾晒收获后将大白菜平铺在地面上晾晒3~4天,并上下翻动。经过晾晒,水分含量约减少20%左右,可增强大白菜的强耐藏性能。
Preparation (1) Appropriate drying After harvesting the cabbage on the ground tiled 3 to 4 days, and flip up and down. After drying, the moisture content of about 20% reduction, can enhance the strong resistance of Chinese cabbage performance.
