目的 :探讨尿激酶溶栓治疗的时间窗。方法 :分离 SD鼠颈总动脉 ,用 50 % Fe Cl3制作颈总动脉血栓模型 ,分别于动脉血栓形成后 0 .5、1 .0、2 .0、3.0、6.0、8.0小时静脉注射尿激酶 30 ,0 0 0 U/kg,观察不同用药时间 SD鼠颈总动脉血栓的溶解过程 ,记录血栓开始溶解时间及血栓完全溶解时间。结果 :动脉血栓形成后 0 .5、1 .0、2 .0、3.0、6.0小时静脉注射尿激酶 ,血栓开始溶解时间分别是病程约 50分钟、2小时、3.5小时、4 .5小时、8.0小时 ;血栓完全溶解时间分别是病程约 1 .5小时、3小时、4 .5小时、6小时、 1 0小时。而动脉血栓形成后 8小时静脉注射尿激酶 ,观察 2 4小时未见血栓溶解。结论 :急性脑梗死最佳溶栓治疗时间窗是病程 3小时以内。
Objective: To investigate the time window of urokinase thrombolytic therapy. Methods: The common carotid arteries of SD rats were isolated, and the common carotid artery thrombosis model was made by 50% FeCl3. Urokinase 30 was injected intravenously at 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 6.0 and 8.0 hours after arterial thrombosis , 0 0 0 U / kg. The dissolution process of common carotid artery thrombosis in SD rats was observed at different time points, and the time of thrombus dissolution and the time of complete thrombolysis were recorded. Results: Urokinase was injected intravenously at 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 6.0 hours after arterial thrombosis. The duration of thrombolysis was about 50 minutes, 2 hours, 3.5 hours, 4.5 hours, 8.0 Hour; Thrombosis complete dissolution time is about 1.5 hours, 3 hours, 4.5 hours, 6 hours, 10 hours. Urokinase was injected intravenously 8 hours after arterial thrombosis, and no thrombolysis was observed after 24 hours. Conclusion: The optimal time of thrombolysis in acute cerebral infarction is within 3 hours.
