目的分析大通合理用药软件(CMDS)在儿科医院的使用情况以及可行性改进方案,为合理用药软件在儿科用药安全领域的研究提供参考。方法选取2014年6月15日至2014年6月30日经大通合理用药软件审查所示的全院所有问题处方的相关数据,采用Excel软件进行统计和分析。结果在68 834条提示问题中用法用量问题占了51.2%;涉及用法用量问题的294种药品中有37.1%的药品说明书无儿童剂量信息;74.5%的用法用量问题来自于说明书标注有儿童剂量的药品,且不同剂量计算方式大通合理用药软件的提示均不同程度存在;结合临床实际对提示内容进行具体分析,总体无效警示比例较高。结论通用型的合理用药软件在儿科使用除了成人医院使用已有问题以外,还存在一些儿科医院特有的问题。基于大数据技术的处方审核系统将是大通等合理用药软件的有效补充。
Objective To analyze the use of CMDS software in pediatric hospitals and the feasibility improvement measures, so as to provide a reference for the research of rational drug use software in the field of pediatric drug safety. Methods The data of prescriptions for all the problems in the hospital as shown in the review of rational drug use by Chai Tong from June 15, 2014 to June 30, 2014 were selected and statistically analyzed with Excel software. Results Of the 68,834 prompt questions, the usage and dosage problems accounted for 51.2%; 37.1% of the 294 kinds of drugs involved in the usage and dosage problems had no children’s dosage information; and 74.5% of the usage and dosage problems came from the children’s dosage instructions Drugs, and different dose calculation Chase rational drug use software prompts to varying degrees exist; combined with the actual clinical content of the specific analysis, the overall proportion of invalid warning higher. Conclusions There are some pediatric hospital-specific problems with universal rational drug use in pediatrics other than those already used in adult hospitals. The prescription review system based on big data technology will be an effective complement to the reasonable medication software such as Chase.
