本文对61例90岁以上长寿老人及140例20~69岁成人坐位、立位身高及其差值进行了检测,并计算其立、坐差值及坐/立比值。结果随增龄坐高明显降低,与青壮年组比较差异显著。表现为立、坐差值增大,坐/立比值减小。认为主要由于椎间盘随增龄含水量减少,发生退行性改变所致。提出可将坐高降低,立一坐差增大和坐/立比值减小的幅度作为衡量老年人衰老程度的指标之一。
In this paper, 61 elderly people over 90 years old and 140 adults aged 20 to 69 years sitting, position height and the difference was measured, and calculate the stand, sitting difference and sitting / standing ratio. The results with the age of sitting significantly reduced significantly compared with young adults group. Performance for the legislature, take the difference increases, sitting / vertical ratio decreases. Mainly due to decreased intervertebral disc water content, resulting in degenerative changes. It is suggested that one of the indicators that can measure the degree of aging of the elderly is to reduce the height of the sitting, the increase of the sitting-up and the reduction of the sitting / standing ratio.
