目的观察甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合中药治疗非破裂型宫外孕的疗效。方法选取医院收治的非破裂性宫外孕患者113例,均给予甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合中药治疗,分析治疗效果。结果经治疗,97例患者治愈(85.84%),11例(9.73%)患者2次注射MTX;4例(3.54%)出现骨髓抑制,6例(5.31%)出现口腔黏膜溃疡及胃肠道反应等。结论给予非破裂型宫外孕患者MTX联合中药治疗,将患者的痛苦程度降低,疗效较高,虽有不良反应的发生,但发生率较低;重要的是此种治疗方式可将患者的生育功能保留,非常适用于未育女性患者,值得在临床上应用。
Objective To observe the effect of methotrexate (MTX) combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of non-ruptured ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 113 patients with non-ruptured ectopic pregnancy who were admitted to the hospital were treated with methotrexate (MTX) combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
