目的探讨糖尿病患者空腹静脉血液标本分离血清后,同一血清标本放置0小时、3小时、6小时对其血清葡萄糖浓度测定数值的变化趋势。方法采用全生化分析仪对储存在便携式保温箱内的放置不同时间的糖尿病患者的血清标本进行检测。结果分离血清标本在不同时间检测其血清葡萄糖数值无明显变化,其P值均大于0.05,无统计学意义。结论在对偏远地区或医疗水平不发达地区进行糖尿病流调时,可采用小型离心机先分离血清、低温保存在便携式保温箱内,血糖检验数值在6小时内无明显变化。
Objective To investigate the changing trend of serum glucose concentration measured in 0,1h, 3h, 6h in the same serum samples after the serum of fasting venous blood samples from diabetics were separated. Methods All biochemical analyzers were used to detect serum samples from diabetics placed in portable incubators at different times. Results There was no significant change in the serum glucose levels at different time points after the serum samples were separated. The P values were all higher than 0.05, with no statistical significance. Conclusions In the treatment of diabetes mellitus in remote areas or underdeveloped areas, the serum can be separated first using a small centrifuge and stored at low temperature in a portable incubator. The blood glucose test value did not change significantly within 6 hours.
