自1月10日以来,我国南方大部分地区和西北地区东部出现了建国以来罕见的持续大范围低温、雨雪和冰冻的极端天气,全国12个省、自治区的降水日数突破极值,这给过惯了“暖冬”的南方地区带来了极其严重的影响,给置身在公路运输一线的卡车以及司机带来了极大的挑战。南方司机由于接触冰雪较少,加上南方地理环境复杂,所以在这次雪灾中,造成了不少人为的受阻和事故。笔者在10余年的交通警察工作和实际驾驶工作经验中,针对南方冰冻积雪突发路况,总结出在没有安装防滑链条件下的实际驾车经验,供卡车司机参考。
Since January 10, most parts of southern China and the eastern part of the northwestern region have witnessed unusual extreme low temperatures, snow, ice and freezing since the founding of the People’s Republic. The number of precipitation days in 12 provinces and autonomous regions across the country has exceeded the maximum, giving The South, which used to “warm winter,” had the most serious impact, posing a huge challenge to the trucks and drivers who were on the road. Southern drivers due to contact with less snow and ice, coupled with the complex geographical environment in the South, so in this snowstorm, causing a lot of man-made obstruction and accident. In more than 10 years of traffic police work and practical driving experience, the author summarizes the actual driving experience without the installation of snow chains for the driver of the truck to refer to the sudden freezing of snow in the south.
