利用同源克隆的方法得到黄瓜的FT同源基因CsFT,通过表达分析、进化树分析以及遗传转化拟南芥等方法初步验证了CsFT在黄瓜花发育过程中的作用。不同于之前的研究结果,CsFT主要在雄花与雌花中表达,而在叶中基本不表达。异源过表达CsFT导致拟南芥提前开花,并且茎顶部出现顶端花,说明黄瓜的CsFT基因与拟南芥AtFT基因在开花调控上存在保守性。
The homology of cloned cucumber FT homology gene CsFT obtained by flow cytometry analysis, evolutionary tree analysis and genetic transformation of Arabidopsis and other methods to verify the effect of CsFT cucumber flower development. Unlike previous studies, CsFT is mainly expressed in male and female flowers, but not in leaves. The heterologous overexpression of CsFT resulted in premature flowering of Arabidopsis thaliana and the emergence of apical flower at the top of the stem, indicating that the cucumber CsFT gene is conserved in Arabidopsis thaliana AtFT gene during flowering.
