目的:针对我院剖宫产率持续升高的现状,探讨产妇要求剖宫产的相关因素。方法:采用“对剖宫产态度及原因问卷”对我院2006年1～12月110例要求行剖宫产的产妇进行调查。结果:产妇选择剖宫产行为的社会因素排序依次为:社会对剖宫产的认同,孕产妇的主观因素,医务人员的心理倾向。结论:保护、促进和支持自然分娩,产前健康教育内容有待更新,健康教育面有待扩大。
Objective: In view of the status of cesarean section in our hospital continues to rise, to explore the maternal requirements for cesarean section related factors. Methods: A survey of 110 cesarean mothers was conducted in our hospital from January to December 2006 using the Questionnaire on Attitudes and Causes of Cesarean Delivery. Results: The order of the social factors of cesarean section for maternal choice was as follows: social identification of cesarean section, subjective factors of pregnant women and psychological tendency of medical staff. Conclusion: To protect, promote and support natural childbirth, the content of prenatal health education needs to be updated and health education needs to be expanded.
