目的:评价不同屏胶组合,在不同电压下的成像技术、照片质量、影像特征性表现、肺野内细微结构显示率,并进行千伏效应分析。方法:3种屏胶组合,3种电压进行成人胸部X线摄影。运用诊断学及技术学评审观点,经双育法评审,通过统计学处理。结果:500例胸片肺野内细微结构显示率中,钙屏蓝片100例普通电压为15%;11例准高电压为80%;11例高电压为98%;100例快速屏蓝片准高电压为95%;11例绿屏绿片为11%。经统计学处理,P<0.01,检验有显著意义。结论:1.中速屏蓝片高电压成人胸部X线摄影影像质量,明显优于普通电压及准高电压;2.绿屏绿片高电压成像技术将领先于传统屏胶组合,为传统X线摄影及照片质量开创了一个崭新的技术路线。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the imaging technique, the quality of images, the imaging features of different structures, the display rate of microstructure in the lung field, and the analysis of kV effect. Methods: Three kinds of screen plastic combination, three kinds of voltage for adult chest X-ray photography. The use of diagnostic and technical review point of view, double-law review, through statistical processing. Results: In 500 cases of chest X-ray, the average display rate of microscopic structure in lung field was 100% for common calcium blue film, 11 for quasi-high voltage and 80% for 11 cases, and 100% for rapid blue screen High voltage was 95%; 11 green screen 11%. After statistical analysis, P <0.01, the test was significant. Conclusion: 1. Medium-speed blue-screen high-voltage adult chest radiography quality, significantly better than ordinary voltage and quasi high voltage; Green screen green voltage high-voltage imaging technology will be ahead of the traditional screen plastic combination for the traditional X-ray photography and photo quality to create a new technology line.
