随着旅游业的迅速发展,旅游景区管理体制问题得到越来越多的关注。景区资源产权界定不清,管理体制不合理严重束缚和妨碍了景区资源的合理利用和旅游业的进一步发展。本文通过研究信阳南湾湖景区管理体制,分析景区管理模式的成功经验,指出景区产权分配在实际管理中存在的不足,并对南湾湖景区管理体制的进一步改革提出建议,以期为我国景区体制管理提供借鉴。 With the rapid development of tourism, more and more attention has been paid to the management of tourist attractions.
