本文设计并加工了一台油润滑压缩机驱动的直线型脉冲管制冷机,压缩机和制冷机之间安装有弹性膜片,该弹性膜可以传递声功同时将压缩机侧工作气体与制冷机侧工作气体隔开,从而使油润滑压缩机作为斯特林型脉冲管制冷机的驱动成为可能,解决了使用传统无油直线压缩机成本昂贵的问题。经过系统实验,制冷机在以氦气为工质,充气压力2MPa,工频15Hz时,在80K获得28.5W制冷量,输入电功680W,电冷转化相对卡诺效率达到11.52%。
In this paper, an oil-lubricated compressor-driven linear pulse tube refrigerator is designed and fabricated. An elastic diaphragm is installed between the compressor and the refrigerator. The elastic membrane can transmit acoustic power and simultaneously connect the compressor working gas and the refrigerator Side working gas, making it possible to drive an oil-lubricated compressor as a Stirling-type pulse tube refrigerator, solving the costly problem of using a conventional oil-free linear compressor. After systematic experiments, the refrigerator with helium as the working fluid, inflation pressure 2MPa, power frequency 15Hz, 80K get 28.5W cooling capacity, the input electrical power 680W, electrofacies conversion relative Carnot efficiency of 11.52%.
