本文针对沟槽植筋新旧混凝土界面抗剪性能进行试验研究。该界面处理方式已在佛开高速多座旧桥加固中采用。以界面处理方式、沟槽尺寸、配筋率作为试验参数,研究了该界面的开裂荷载、抗剪承载力、剪切滑移、剪胀、破坏形态。试验结果表明试件抗剪承载力随沟槽宽度、植筋率的增加而增加,设置沟槽的试件抗剪能力相比凿毛粗糙处理有所提高,试件的延性随植筋率的增加而增加。通过与美国ACI、AASHTO LRFD规范中植筋新旧混凝土界面抗剪承载力公式计算值的对比,认为美国ACI规范可以用于计算沟槽植筋新旧混凝土界面抗剪承载力,并给出了建议取值摩擦系数μ=1.0。
In this paper, the experimental study on the shear resistance of old and new concrete interface of slotted bar anchorage. The interface approach has been adopted in the Fokai Expressway more old bridge reinforcement. The interfacial treatment, groove size and reinforcement ratio were taken as the experimental parameters to study the cracking load, shear capacity, shear slip, dilatancy and failure modes of the interface. The test results show that the shear resistance of the specimen increases with the increase of the width of the groove and the rate of planting reinforcement. The shear resistance of the specimen with grooves is improved compared with that of roughing, Increase and increase. Comparing with the calculated value of shear strength formula of the interface between the old and the new reinforced concrete in American ACI and AASHTO LRFD, it is considered that the American ACI code can be used to calculate the shear strength of the interface between old and new reinforced concrete with slotted anchorage.
