本文研究了一个壳体开孔的光弹性实验方法。在这个方法中,将壳体这样一个较复杂的空间问题,作为平面问题来处理,比较简单而准确地解决了壳体开孔后中曲面的应力分析问题。 文中具体对开单圆自由孔受轴拉的圆柱壳进行了应力分析工作,得到了相应的应力集中规律,验证了工作〔1〕的理论解。同时还描述了有关的实验技术和方法。 用同样的方法,可以进行圆柱壳开孔的其他受力状态和孔周边界条件的应力分析,这些工作有待下一步进行。
In this paper, a photoelastic experimental method for the opening of a shell is studied. In this method, the problem of the stress analysis of the curved surface in the shell after the opening of the shell is solved relatively simply and accurately by treating such a complex space problem of the shell as a plane problem. In this paper, the stress analysis of the cylindrical shell with a single round free hole under axial tension was carried out. The corresponding stress concentration law was obtained and the theoretical solution of work [1] was verified. At the same time also describes the related experimental techniques and methods. In the same way, stress analysis of other stress conditions of the cylindrical shell opening and boundary conditions at the perimeter of the hole can be carried out, and these are for further work.
