2003年元月15日晚7点,笔者与朋友到一家饭店就餐,所驾“桑塔纳2000”被此店保安员十分主动热情地引到店对面十米处的停车场就位。见有两位保安员在店前停车场值勤,笔者一行才放心地入店就餐。万没料到:晚9点,用餐后出来时,车子已不翼而飞。保安承认:引过此车,也确停到本店停车场。但后来与店方负责人交涉时,老板先是不承认笔者一行到此用餐,待出示用餐票据后,则推诿:只证明你们来用餐,不承认你们开车来以及停到我店停车场,因而根本不负任何责任。以后,更对失车者的来访与电话,一概拒绝、回避,傲然之极。笔者在法理与情理之间,便开始了艰难而困窘的寻觅之途。从法理上讲——
