全球变暖深刻塑造着北极地缘政治,中国与北极关系内涵随之变得更为丰富,从单一地缘关系扩展深化到更为复杂的义利关系,体现出非北极国家、非北极沿岸国、近北极国家和北极“利益攸关方”等身份。动态关系事实和多重身份意义在国内外现行横版世界地图投影、北极中心投影和“系列世界地图”(南北半球版)所用投影中得到不同程度的表达与映射。通过地图进行话语重构也应是中国参与北极事务的重要路径。选择合适的地图投影并进行综合分析与运用将有助于表达中国—北极关系,借此“地图话语”推动关系与身份的再建构,增进国内外对于中国有利“北极身份”的理解与认同,助力中国创造性参与北极事务。
Global warming has profoundly shaped the Arctic geopolitics. As a result, the connotation of the relationship between China and the Arctic has become richer. From a single geo-relationship deepened to a more complicated relationship of justice and benefit, it shows that non-Arctic countries, non-Arctic coastal countries, Arctic states and the Arctic “Stakeholders ” and other identities. Dynamic relation facts and multiple identity meanings are expressed and mapped to different degrees in the current horizontal and vertical projection of the world map at home and abroad, projection of the Arctic center and projection of the “World Map” (the northern and southern hemisphere version). The reconstruction of discourse through maps should also be an important path for China’s participation in the Arctic. Choosing the right map projection and conducting a comprehensive analysis and application will help to express the China-Arctic relationship and thus “map the discourse” to promote the re-construction of relations and identities and to promote the domestic and international efforts for China’s favorable “Arctic identity” Understanding and identity, help China’s creative participation in the Arctic affairs.
