目的研究了鲢鱼寡肽(SOP)对高血脂Wistar大鼠的抗氧化和降血脂能力的影响。方法采用灌胃高脂乳剂方法建立实验性高胆固醇血症大鼠模型,检测血清和肝脏的甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)含量,分析血清和肝脏的抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和总抗氧化力。结果 SOP可以有效提高高血脂大鼠血清的TG水平(P<0.05),降低其TC水平,显著降低大鼠肝脏的TC,TG水平。同时,SOP可以有效降低大鼠体内的MDA含量,保持大鼠血清和肝脏的SOD、GSH-Px活性。结论 SOP能够提高高血脂大鼠的抗氧化水平和改善其脂质代谢水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of silver carp oligopeptide (SOP) on the anti-oxidation and anti-hyperlipidemic ability of hyperlipidemic Wistar rats. Methods The model of experimental hypercholesterolemia was established by intragastric administration of high-fat emulsion. The contents of triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (TC) in serum and liver were measured. The activities of antioxidant enzymes in serum and liver were analyzed. Aldehyde (MDA) content and total antioxidant capacity. Results SOP could effectively increase the level of serum TG in hyperlipidemic rats (P <0.05), decrease the level of TC, and significantly decrease the levels of TC and TG in rat liver. At the same time, SOP can effectively reduce the content of MDA in rats and maintain the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in serum and liver of rats. Conclusion SOP can improve the antioxidant status and improve the lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic rats.
