上海石化统计中心是公司为实施专业化集中管理而成立的一家单位,现有职工168人,其中女职工94人,占总人数的55.95%;40岁以上职工120人,占总人数的71.43%;管理人员和专业技术人员132人,占总人数的78.57%;操作人员36人,占总人数的21.43%。由于职工来自公司16家二级单位,所处岗位不同,又有着不同工作经历,这就使得职工的思想呈现多元化。如何调动职工积极性,凝聚人心,实现和谐稳定发展,做好职工思想教育工作成为党群工作者的重要任务。一、职工思想教育存在主要问题及原因分析
