人才是兴国之本、富民之基、发展之源。在全面深化改革的今天,改革步伐的推进,改革举措的落地,关键靠人才。在全球经济格局深度调整中,产业发展要突破,要占领行业制高点,关键还是靠人才。为此,我们必须按照党的十八大报告、十八届二中、三中全会精神,加快确立人才优先发展战略布局,造就规模宏大、素质优良的人才队伍,设备监理业尤其如此。
Talent is the foundation of developing our country, enriching the people and the source of development. At the moment of deepening the reform in an all-round way, the pace of reform, the key to reform measures, and the key lies in personnel. In the depth adjustment of the global economic structure, industrial development to be a breakthrough, to occupy the commanding heights of the industry, the key is to rely on talent. To this end, we must speed up the establishment of a strategic layout that gives priority to the development of talents in line with the 18th CPC National Congress report, the spirit of the Second, Third Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and create a contingent of competent and capable talents. This is especially so for the equipment supervision industry.
